I need to replace the CD changer, which is mounted in the trunk, on my 1993 SC300. Dumb question: how does the old one come out?

Just to let you know. Remove the cover on the right which is held on by mostly clips. Once you remove that you can see that there are two bolts on top holding the changer in place and then underneath the changer there are also a couple more bolts. Once you remove the metal brackets holding the changer in place then just replace the changer then put everything back to the way it was. Mind you I haven't taken out my changer for quite sometime now so some details may be a bit fuzzy, but this should help you out.
