My daughters 1995 sc400 also has a problem with the climate control system. When turning the temp adjust knob the temp will count up from MAX COLD through the 60's but skips randomly up to about 71 degrees then starts counting back down even though you are still turning the knob hotter. She can't get heat in the winter, she said it used to count up until it said HOT.
