After market tilt motor needed for 99 LS 400 steering column. Is it difficult to replace? Every dealer I contacted wanted $500 or more for motor. Hard to find part. Part # 4581050030 OEM. With seat all the way down it is difficult to get in because steering wheel is in the down position and will not come up. Is there a method to move stering wheel back up without taking steering column completely apart? It is difficult to steer vehicle, legs get in the way. Lexus dealer wants 1000 to 1400 to replace. I find this to be excessive.
